KUCHING: A woman surnamed Leong expressed her relief that no one was hurt when a rock flew into her car at 10 pm on Saturday.
Leong said her husband, their two children, and a friend were travelling along Jalan Batu Kawa in front of Paragon when a rock suddenly crashed through the car’s windscreen and struck the back seat.
“Fortunately, no one was injured. At the time, there was no car in front of us. We’re not sure what exactly happened, but we hope drivers along that stretch at night will stay alert,” she said.
Leong added that her husband, who was driving, didn’t stop immediately but continued for a distance before pulling over to check. They have since lodged a police report.
