KUCHING: A woman driver accidentally collided with the side glass panel of a pharmacy while attempting to park her car at 10.30 am today.
According to nearby shopkeeper, the driver was reversing into a parking space when she mistakenly pressed the accelerator instead of the brake, causing the vehicle to lurch forward and hit the panel.
Fortunately, the impact did not shatter the pharmacy’s glass wall, sparing the premises from major damage.
The driver sustained only minor injuries and was assisted by members of the public at the scene. Emergency responders were alerted, and the situation was quickly brought under control.
