KUCHING: The Sarawak United Peoples’ Party (SUPP) Kuching Branch has announced that all tickets for its upcoming 66th anniversary celebration have been fully sold out, reflecting strong grassroots support and enthusiasm from the public.
Organised under the theme “66 Years of Resilience, One Journey Together”, the celebration will be held on 29 June 2025 at Theatre Hotel Kuching.
The organising committee is co-led by SUPP Kuching Youth Chairman Cr. Nicholas Wung Duk Ying and Women Section Chief Chai Mian Nyen.
In a statement, Cr. Nicholas Wung expressed his appreciation for the overwhelming response.
“We are truly grateful for the encouragement and support from the public and our party members. This gives us more confidence to make this anniversary celebration a meaningful one for all who believe in SUPP’s mission,” he said.
Wung added that the anniversary will not only commemorate the party’s legacy but also highlight the growing role of the Youth and Women Sections in strengthening SUPP’s presence in the community.
He added that the dinner will reflect the branch’s unity, their shared journey, and our collective commitment to serve the people.
The organising committee also reminded all guests to be punctual and join in marking this meaningful milestone together.
