KUCHING: Bau district police chief Supt Mohd Haide A Rahaman calls to the people to tackle drugs with the police in an effort to control the drug situation.
Haide said many of those who abused drugs were information given by public and also police intelligent.
He said between10.25 am and 3.20 pm today, the Bau District Narcotics Investigation Unit conducted preliminary urine tests on two men.
One works as a restaurant waiter while the other is unemployed. The two are from Kampung Grogo and Taman Mutiara in Bau.
Both men were tested positive for drugs and are currently under investigation for offences under Section 15(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.
