KUCHING: A local man from Kampung Masjid, Bau, has been arrested after testing positive for drugs during a urine screening conducted by the Bau District Narcotics Criminal Investigation Division (BSJND).
Bau police chief, Supt Mohd Haide A Rahaman, said the operation was carried out around 12.30 pm on October 5.
The suspect, an unemployed local man, was taken in for a preliminary urine test which returned positive for drug use.
“The suspect is being investigated under Section 15(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952,” he said.
